FARM HANDS EXPERIENCE

Join our interpretive staff on these specialized tours that take your class throughout the museum to look at different aspects of Wisconsin history.

On our Farm Hands Experience you can tour at your own pace, arriving and departing as you choose. Your visit is self-guided, allowing you more flexibility than our standard field trip options. You can tailor your trip to match your curriculum and class learning goals. We recommend touring in groups of 5 to 10 students with a limit of 1 paid chaperone per group plus teachers and assistants.

Times: Buildings are open from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm with flexible start and end times. An authentic 1870s school session, as well as a lunch time and location, will be assigned to you.

Max Capacity: 200 students per day

Fee: Students $6. Teachers and aids admitted at no charge. One free chaperone is allowed for every 10 students.  Additional chaperones are $6 each.
